Tooth decay causes damage to teeth which brings about cavities that continue to ruin the teeth at a fast pace, bringing with it intense pain. The effects on oral health-can relate to the quality of life as well.

It is imperative that with the rise in oral cancer that the population takes up a stand to continue to nurture their oral hygiene methods, but visiting a dentist at least once in 6 months. Early detection of dreaded diseases of the mouth can be eradicated permanently with times action in place. Hence it is of utmost importance that children are taught the values of oral hygiene.
